New Product Product Demo NEAR INFRARED POLARISCOPE LSM-9001NIR This polariscope uses near-infrared light, and can be used to detect defects in silicon wafers, and to examine the molding conditions of colored acrylic resin. It allows to measure small strains and residual stresses in the range of 0 to 150 nm in less than one minute, which was difficult to measure so far. |

Also, it allows you to analyze the direction of stress, and perform quantitative measurements. The observation field is large as 200 x 200 mm, so that it enables inspection of large products. Furthermore, it allows to inspect with three methods (Senarmont method / Sensitive Color method/ Crossed Nicols method) by replacing the wave plate. |

It is possible to fabricate a larger size more than 30mm diameter by using in-house resin film. |
